>> i was wondering if there was a progress that got him to make the wrong turn? >> two people pulled up in separate cars, stopped to check things out, also charged for dwi. the police are saying look, if there was ever a message to not drink and drive -- this is it. a lot to learn in this minute of video. ♪ this crook was caught on camera that people think is unthinkable. this guy was caught on a surveillance camera in florida, and it's at the first baptist church. look at what he is doing. he is being accused of turning

on the faucets around town trying to flood out buildings. this is him at the church that was flooded because of his actions, and this is the third time the guy has attempted this at this one particular church. >> that's just weird, man. what -- >> i don't get this, why? what's the purpose? >> so -- and -- >> detectives also say this guy is responsible for doing the same thing at a restaurant not far away. >> so he's not just targeting churches, it's just anything he can get his hands on. >> yes, trying to destroy property with water.

>> karma will get this guy back. it's going to storm and be a mole in his roof. >> monsoon season in tucson, arizona, which means a lot of scenes like this. tons of rain led to flash floods. these guys are in a car in a parking lot, and just look at say it's the worst storm they have ever seen. what they also saw was a woman that needed to be rescued because she was like surfing on top of her car. as they back up, you notice a car -- that wok is on the roof of her car. she probably didn't know what else to do and she got on top of

her car. >> let me get you closer to the window. >> give me your hand. just slide in there. >> oh my god, thank you. >> these guys back the car up, get her close it her car, and guide her through one of the back seat windows. a pretty nice thing to do. >> sometimes we have to rely on the kindness of strangers. it was nice of them to do that. this is a crime video of people trying to steal stuff, but it's just funny. these two women just came into the shop, they start looking

through clothes, and look at what they do. she's stuffing her pants with clothes. >> they're not being sly about this at all. >> it looks like they're carrying on a a very serious conversation. the woman gets a belly and thinks they'll probably just think i'm pregnant. >> the shoppers right over their shoulders seem to have no affect on these women that are stealing. >> the stoppers or clerks, because just feet away, she is still stuffing her shirt. the most amazing thing is that they would assume there is not a camera in sight. right here they were confronted by the store clerk. you can't hear what their saying, but you can hear that --
